Railroad
CSX Transportation provides main line rail service to Guthrie and Trenton. The nearest piggyback facility is in Nashville, Tenn. R. J. Corman Railroad operates a short line railroad from Bowling Green through Guthrie to Zinc, Tenn.

Highway
Interstate 24 is 6 miles south of Guthrie and Trenton. U.S. Highways 79 and 41 provide excellent access to various points throughout the County and region. State Highway 181 connects Elkton and Guthrie.
